Cancellation Policy
*STUDIO BOOKING & SESSION POLICIES *1. Booking Requirements* All studio sessions must be scheduled a minimum of *two (2) hours in advance* of the requested start time. This ensures proper preparation, staffing, and availability of equipment. Bookings made with less than two hours’ notice may not be accommodated. *2. Attendance & Engineer Availability** Each session includes a qualified audio engineer unless otherwise specified. In the unlikely event that a scheduled engineer is unable to attend a confirmed session, the studio will issue a **full refund** to the client for that session. Every effort will be made to notify clients as early as possible and, where feasible, provide a replacement engineer. *3. Cancellation Policy** Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions; however, the following conditions apply: * Cancellations made **within one (1) hour** of the scheduled session start time will incur a **20% cancellation fee**, based on the total session cost. * Cancellations made earlier than one hour before the session will not incur any fee. *4. Studio Conduct & Smoking Policy** To maintain a safe and professional environment for all clients and staff: **Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building at all times.** * Any violation of this policy will result in a **$200 smoking fee**, and may also lead to immediate termination of the session without refund, as well as additional cleaning or damage fees if applicable. **5. Equipment Use & Responsibility** To protect studio equipment and maintain high-quality service, the following rules apply: * All equipment must be handled with care and used only for its intended purpose. * **Only studio staff or authorized personnel (including the assigned engineer)** may operate or adjust studio equipment unless explicit permission is granted. * Clients must not plug in, unplug, move, or reconfigure any equipment without prior approval from the engineer. * Food and beverages must be kept at a safe distance from all equipment at all times. * Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions will be the **financial responsibility of the client**, including repair or replacement costs. * Clients are encouraged to report any equipment issues immediately to the engineer to prevent further damage. **6. General Terms** By booking a session, clients agree to comply with all studio policies outlined above. The studio reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
